DotBox is the true “focal point” of surface-mounted electrical systems. Designed for both modern and historic interiors, it is an exceptionally versatile element that can shift from a switch box to a junction box, transform into a wall or ceiling spotlight, or even function as a ceiling rose. Its round shape symbolizes simplicity and harmony, turning pure functionality into a refined, minimalist aesthetic.
Crafted from die-cast aluminum, DotBox is enhanced by Genuit’s distinctive finishes. The Metal options, Graphite, Copper, Corten, and Silver, highlight the natural texture of the material, while the Color variants, White, Sand, Coral, Blue, and Green, lend a velvety, contemporary appearance.
To securely fasten the tubes, simply insert the integrated polypropylene adapters into the pre-drilled cavities. This ensures an easy, modular installation while allowing the system to be repositioned or reconfigured in different interior settings.
The practical template and the alignment markings on the back allow for more accurate drilling. During installation, drilling can be carried out along the perimeter in 45° increments.
DotBox stands for versatility, accommodating up to eight interconnected branches, plus a rear hole for wall cable routing. This system provides unlimited creative possibilities, easily adapting to even the most complex installation requirements.
LightDot offers the choice between two different lenses: Fresnel and Opal. The Fresnel lens provides a more focused and precise beam, ideal when controlled and direct lighting is required. The Opal lens, on the other hand, diffuses light softly and evenly, perfect for creating warm, comfortable, and visually pleasing atmospheres.
Additionally, LightDot can be equipped with various lamp options: a 24V LED module, GX53 lamp, or 220V LED module, with color temperatures ranging from 2700K to 3000K.
