Unless otherwise agreed, acceptance by the Customer of the quotation issued by GENUIT entails the issuance of an order of the same nature as provided above. The order issued on the basis of a quote (“Quote”) is valid as full acceptance of the estimate in all its terms and conditions and any change to the subject of the estimate, to be valid, must be expressly indicated in the Order
The customer’s signature of the order constitutes express, complete and unconditional adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale, without prejudice to any other agreements concluded between GENUIT and the customer in writing. The order is binding for GENUIT only after GENUIT has accepted its contents by issuing and sending the customer an order confirmation (“Order Confirmation”).
