From the desire to share and spread its vision of beauty comes the project of Orsolina 28, a reality that since 2016 has chosen an 18th-century convent nestled in the hills of Monferrato as a home in which to host an interdisciplinary space.
To call it a “dance school” would indeed be reductive: one can speak more of a connection, a true immersion in the arts, in nature and in everything positive this place can convey.
People, emotions and experiences meet and compare: there is no competition, only togetherness; here the sharing of values enhances “gracefully and spontaneously nature and hospitality.”
Beautiful, sustainable and reversible
The choice of Leap Factory comes from the client’s desire to find its principles in architecture as well: with a sustainable approach and minimal use of resources, Leap’s structures massively reduce their environmental impact; their strength ensures their durability over time, and their total reversibility allows them to fit into any environment without in any way going to change or disfigure it.
Functionality in these projects is combined in precious design.
“Minimalist beauty meets superior comfort. From foundations to light switches, every detail is designed and manufactured in Italy. Leap spaces are the essence of contemporary luxury.”
The Genuit system is perfectly suited to prefabricated solutions: the versatility of the components allows the electrical system to be configured for any type of situation, combining different elements.
On wood as well as on masonry, the solution of the exposed electrical system is not bound to any outlet and is a 100% reversible, allowing its setting to be changed for any need.
Another important aspect is the style of this project: minimal but elegant, delicate and with character, the perfect combination that fully reflects Genuit’s vision.
A diffuse structure, small nests hidden in the woods where you can take refuge to reconnect with nature.
